1. I've been thinking of ~ (~을 줄곧 생각해 왔어)
<have been + -ing>, 즉 현재완료 진행형은 어떤 행위를 예전부터 지금까지 계속 해오고 있다고 할 때 사용합니다. 그래서 I've been thinking of ~ 는 즉흥적인 것이 아니라 예전부터 생각하고 있었던 것을 말할 때 써요.
■ 예시
A: I've been thinking of his suggestion.
B: What did you decide?
A: I haven't decided yet. But I'm seriously thinking of leaving my job.
B: Are you sure that's a good idea?
■ 예문

2. I can't think of ~ (~이 생각나지 않아요)
think of 가 '~을 생각하다', '~을 머리에 떠올리다'라는 뜻인 건 알고 있죠? 여기에 I can't 을 붙이면 뭔가를 생각하려고 하는데 잘 떠오르지 않을 때 쓰는 표현이 됩니다.
■ 예시
A: I have a question for you.
B: What is it?
A: Hmm. I can't think of the question now.
B: Take your time, honey.
